Dissolve rabbit glue with bolognese chalk in a water bath. 6 to 8 layers.
Sand to obtain a very smooth surface.
First layer of paint. Flat paint application. Egg yolk and water as
binders of the pigments. 1:9 ratio.
Successive layers of paint. Short, lighter brushstrokes. Pigments bound with yolk and water in a ratio of 1:6.
Last layers of paint. Short, lighter brushstrokes. Pigments bound with yolk and water in a ratio of 1:3.
Mission gilding with 23-3/4 carat gold.
Finishing with Olifa icons varnish matt.
